The day began in the charming town of Ennis, where our stunning bride received a gorgeous bouquet from The Flower Den with Anne. Anne’s floral arrangements are always exquisite, and this one was no exception—perfectly complementing the bride’s style and the natural beauty of Ireland.
Meanwhile, Dave and his team from Awake and Dreaming Photography, an incredibly talented and experienced duo from the area, arrived at the bride’s Airbnb to capture those intimate and emotional pre-ceremony moments. Their ability to document the joy, excitement, and anticipation was truly remarkable.
A Picturesque First Look at the Cliffs of Moher
After getting ready, we made our way to the Cliffs of Moher, where the groom’s family gathered at a charming farm cottage nearby. This cozy setting provided the perfect place for everyone to meet and share a few heartfelt moments before the ceremony.
The bride and groom then had their much-anticipated first look at the very top of the Cliffs of Moher. With the Atlantic Ocean stretching endlessly behind them and the rugged Irish cliffs framing the moment, it was an absolutely breathtaking scene. The look on the groom’s face when he saw his bride for the first time was nothing short of magical, making for one of the most emotional moments of the day.
A Celtic Ceremony with Dara Molloy
Following the first look, we moved to a picturesque location on the cliffs for the wedding ceremony, officiated by the legendary Dara Molloy. Dara is known for his deeply spiritual and traditional Celtic ceremonies, and he created a truly unique and heartfelt experience for the couple. Incorporating ancient Irish traditions, the ceremony lasted around 40 minutes and was a beautiful tribute to love, connection, and nature.
The Irish weather graced us with a perfect day - clear skies, a gentle breeze, and golden sunlight illuminating the cliffs. As the couple exchanged their vows with the waves crashing below, it was evident that this was a moment they would cherish forever.
A Joyous Celebration at Vaughan’s Pub
After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests took some time to explore the cliffs and capture more stunning photos with Awake and Dreaming Photography. To finish the day on a high note, the couple and their loved ones gathered at Vaughan’s Pub in Kilfenora for a fantastic dinner reception. Known for its warm atmosphere, delicious food, and classic Irish hospitality, Vaughan’s was the perfect place to celebrate the love and joy of the day. The couple enjoyed a traditional Irish meal, shared heartfelt toasts, and danced the night away in the company of their closest family and friends.
